4. How We Use Your Data

We never sell your data. We never share your data with third parties for marketing.
5. Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on EU-based servers (OVH, France/Belgium)
- All connections are encrypted with TLS 1.3
- Server access is protected by SSH key authentication and fail2ban
- Contact form data is stored in encrypted logs
- Server logs are rotated and deleted after 30 days
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — limit how we process your data
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@mykeypair.be. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions: 12 months, then deleted
- Server logs: 30 days, then auto-rotated
- Cookie preferences: 1 year (localStorage)
- Analytics data: 14 months (if enabled)
8. Third-Party Services
- Google Fonts — loaded from Google servers (privacy policy: google.com/policies/privacy)
- CoinGecko API — used on CryptoIntel page (no personal data sent)
- OVH — hosting provider (EU, GDPR compliant)
We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or any advertising trackers.
9. Supervisory Authority
If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority:
